The difficulty is qualified as absolute if the activity cannot be performed at all by yourself.<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>You have a severe difficulty in performing at least 2 activities (mobility, personal maintenance, communication, general tasks and requirements and relationships with others). The difficulty in performing these activities is qualified as severe when they are performed with difficulty and in an impaired manner by yourself.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-425f2a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"425f2a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Age<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9943d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a9943d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p id=\"u1846-41\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">For the first application, you must be under\u00a0<span id=\"u1846-39\">60 years of age<\/span>\u00a0unless you are in one of the following situations:<\/p><ul><li id=\"u1846-45\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>You were eligible for the PCH before the age of 60. In this case, you can apply for the PCH before your 75th birthday. This plan includes proposals of all kinds (services, orientation, advice).<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>The personalized compensation plan is then sent, along with any comments you may have, to the Commission des droits et de l'autonomie des personnes handicap\u00e9es (CDAPH) for decision.<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>The CDAPH renders its decision within 4 months from the date the request is submitted. If the CDAPH does not make a decision within 4 months, it is considered a refusal.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element rental of equipment to compensate for the disability.<\/p><p id=\"u1846-147\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">The level of reimbursement differs depending on whether or not the aid is on the list of reimbursable products and services (LPPR) by the Social Security.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-78f980e elementor-widget class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">ASSISTANCE WITH HOUSING ARRANGEMENTS<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6726fd6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6726fd6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p id=\"u1846-153\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">This assistance can be used to adapt your home or the home of the person who is accommodating you.<\/p><p id=\"u1846-156\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">The work must compensate for your activity limitations, either permanently or temporarily.<\/p><p id=\"u1846-158\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">In this 2nd case, the activity limitations must have a foreseeable duration of at least 1 year.<\/p><p id=\"u1846-161\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">When the aid is attributed for the home of the person who is hosting you, there must be between you 2 :<\/p><ul><li id=\"u1846-165\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>a link of descent or collateral up to the 4th degree,<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>or an ascending, descending or collateral link, up to the 4th degree of the person with whom you are living as a couple.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p id=\"u1846-169\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"u1846-171\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">Moving expenses may also be covered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"u1846-181\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>the fitting out of your vehicle,<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>and the additional costs related to your trips.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p id=\"u1846-185\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"u1846-187\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">In order to benefit from this program, you must hold a license bearing the restrictive mention of an adapted driving position.<\/p><p id=\"u1846-190\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">The additional costs related to travel can also be covered when it is :<\/p><ul><li id=\"u1846-194\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>regular, frequent transportation or transportation corresponding to an annual leave of absence,<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"paragraphe-noir\"><strong>or for travel between your home and the hospital if it is done by a third party or if the round trip distance is greater than 50 id=\"u1846-205\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">Specific expenses are permanent and foreseeable expenses linked to the disability and not taken into account by one of the other elements of the PCH. They can be, for example, the maintenance costs of a wheelchair.<\/p><p id=\"u1846-210\" class=\"paragraphe-noir\">Exceptional expenses are one-time expenses related to the disability and not taken into account by one of the other elements of the PCH.
